**The $495/year single-user support rate is available only to users running DonorQuest on a stand-alone computer. Local Area Network usage, even for a single user, requires the $695/year network support level. Paid support is an optional expense of the licensed version. Support is automatically included at no additional cost with the online version.
***Discounted pricing applies only to current annual billing cycle. If additional user seats are purchased during a cycle, the purchase applies only to the remainder of the current annual billing cycle. If additional user seats are needed towards the end of an annual billing cycle, the temporary monthly boost option should be used instead.
Note: Lease option includes support and upgrades in monthly price. This is not a lease-to-own program – you would be using DonorQuest strictly as a service, with the option of purchasing a standard perpetual license at any time. The optional annual support, intended only for use with the in-house purchased (or free) version of DonorQuest, does not cover installation repair or file recovery efforts for issues resulting from hardware failure or user error. Data recovery is billed separately, at the discretion of your DonorQuest support agent. For the purchased version of DonorQuest, each purchased license is intended for use by a single 501(c)(3) on a single in-house server or workstation. Remote access (either through a VPN or by other means) to this server or workstation for the purposes of routine usage of DonorQuest is not allowed under our licensing. Users must access this single server in-house and not via an Internet connection. Use by additional registered 501(c)(3) agencies, even within the same office or building, require separate license purchases. 90 days of complimentary support is included with purchase of the in-house version of DonorQuest. All sales are final. Minimum requirement for using the in-house version of DonorQuest on a Local Area Network (LAN) is that the network provide 100 megabits per second or better of bandwidth.

* Data Consulting and Conversion costs are based upon the complexity of the data. An estimate can be provided with a sample of the data.
** While in the normal course of business some custom reports and queries may be created free of charge for users on support, we reserve the right to charge for excessive requests in order to prevent abuse of the courtesy.

Statement Of Confidentiality
Be assured we keep all our customer data completely confidential, and we never share, sell, or allow solicitation of the names in your database. With our online version, your data is only copied and backed up as needed in our data center to maintain and update our systems, or to assist you in uploading your data to your online DonorQuest database.
System Requirements
DonorQuest Online will work with any of the following:
- An Apple Mac running OS X Version 10.6 or higher.
- A Windows PC Running Windows XP or later.
- Any Google Chromebook.
- Any Linux machine.
- Any iPad, iPhone, or Android device.
To use the in-house version of DonorQuest for Windows, you need:
- For single user version, any PC running Windows 2000 or later.
- For multi-user version, same as above for workstations, server may be Windows 2000, 2003, 2008, 2012, or Linux.
- A high-speed in-house wired ethernet connection to an in-house server for all workstations running DonorQuest.
- 30 MB of available hard-disk space for the program itself, plus 20 KB of disk space (on average) for each donor record.
- Internet connection for initial installation and subsequent updates.
- 1024 by 768 or greater screen resolution.
- (Optional) Word processing application, such as Microsoft Word for mail merges.
- (Optional) Spreadsheet application, such as Microsoft Excel for spreadsheet analysis.
